Green light reflex

The Green Light Reflex is also unconscious, occurs constantly, and calls us to action. It begins at about three months of age when an infant first lifts up its head. By six months of age the infant can activate its back muscles and extend its legs for locomotion. The ability to arch the back muscles leads to a childhood full of adventure and exploration, as well as learning the action of responsibility.

The problem for adults is that the Green Light Reflex is constantly being triggered. Bills, clocks, quotas, calendars...and the back muscles extend into action. This repetition creates an unconscious habit that can result in fatigue, soreness, and pain in the back, shoulders, and neck. Hanna reports that in our society 80% of the adult population suffers from back pain. While the model shows the full extent of the reflex, actual people exhibit this posture in varying degrees. It's one I've observed often in others and have noticed in myself.

Something is strange with the email system. Skipping one day, doubling up the next. My guess is that they've changed the time that emails are automatically sent out. I have no idea how to fix it.
