For these drawings, I added the color of the painted backgrounds that made the displays so beautiful. The figure at the top appears to be holding the anxiety of wondering if his turn will ever come. The woman below took off work to wait for the cable guy to hook up the internet, who said he would be there sometime between 9 and 3 and it is after 3 and he still has not shown up! The boy in yellow clearly has been sitting in front of the TV too long, while the young man at the bottom emanates "I am 19 years old, beautiful and bored."
